Choir and Music Committee

This Committee in cooperation with the Cantor, assists in the development, enrichment and maintenance of musical activities of the Temple.

Specialized Tasks:

    To assist as required in the supervision and coordination of choir activities (volunteer and professional).
    To plan and execute music festivals and concerts.
    To oversee the coordination of the music library projects.

The committee chairperson ideally should be someone with previous Temple choir experience. The committee should seek the largest number of members who can operate in an efficient way. It should consider additional members to aid in the implementation of specific projects.

Junior Choir is open to students in Grades 3 - 6. They perform for all the major holidays during the school year. Please contact Cantor Andrew Edison.

Teen Choir is open to students in grades 7 - 12. They perform a Teen Choir Shabbat as well as other youth oriented activities. Please contact Cantor Andrew Edison.

Senior Choir is open to all members of the Temple, and sings for High Holiday Services as well as other major musical events during the calendar year. Please contact Cantor Andrew Edison.
