This Committee in close partnership with Senior Rabbi, serves to build networks for members of Temple Sinai who are in dire need of professional job placement and referral services. Its specialized tasks are:
    To compile and keep up-to-date a listing of congregants who are willing to be of assistance to other Temple members looking for a job.

    To maintain confidential contacts with those seeking a position.

    To maintain confidential contacts with those who are in a position to be of help.

Membership on this Committee should be limited in number and should consist, in addition to the Senior Rabbi, of people who have the time, interest and contacts to maximize the opportunities for the Committee to fulfill its tasks. Confidentiality must be respected.
